Built For This Market
What Shapes a Cibolo Duct Job
Cibolo incorporated in 1965 and has grown mostly through detached single-family subdivisions since. We plan each job around the house in front of us and the condition of its ducts, rather than the year it was built.
Newer Subdivision Homes
A lot of Cibolo housing is recent suburban construction, so many systems we open are still original to the house. We start with an inspection of the actual ducts and set the scope from what we find: return maintenance cleaning for a system that only needs upkeep, deep duct cleaning when individual runs are dirty, and repair when a run is torn, crushed or disconnected. Because the same team also repairs and replaces ducts, you deal with one point of contact from inspection to finish.
Planning Access Across Subdivisions
Cibolo subdivisions are zoned differently, from estate-residential and two-family lots in Sydney Cove to denser single-family streets elsewhere. Before the visit we confirm parking, gate or entry instructions, and the route to the duct openings, attic entry and dryer exhaust. For dryer vents, we clean the full route from the collar behind the machine to the cap outside. Mention any locked entry or restricted area when you book and we build it into the plan.
Moisture Checks Near the Floodplains
Several floodplains run north to south through the city, so every inspection includes a moisture check: the condensate line, the drain pan, the air handler cabinet and the attic around the duct runs. We note past water exposure separately from current dampness. If we find active moisture or growth, we stop, photograph it and recommend a licensed mold assessor, so the source is fixed before any duct or insulation work goes ahead.
How Long the Visit Takes
On-site time depends mostly on how many registers and returns the system has, where the air handler sits, and whether the visit includes the dryer vent. We give you an expected time window when we confirm the scope, so you know how long to plan for before the crew arrives.

Everything Under One Roof
Services Available in Cibolo
Five service groups run out of one company, so a single visit can cover more than the ducts, and a problem found in one system does not mean hiring a second contractor.
Air Duct Services
The full range, from inspection through to new installation, residential and commercial.
Dryer Vent Services
Lint collects along the whole vent run, not just at the machine, and long attic runs clog first.
Attic Insulation
Under-insulated attics force the system to fight heat gain through the whole cooling season.
Indoor Air Quality
Filtration and UV sized to the duct system it is going into, which does more for allergies than cleaning alone.
Chimney Services
A short fireplace season still leaves creosote in the flue, and caps degrade across the long off-season.
Commercial & Multi-Unit
Offices, retail, restaurants and apartment blocks, staged by zone and run outside customer hours.
How the Job Runs
Inspect, Isolate, Clean, Verify
Duct cleaning goes wrong in predictable ways: debris blown back into rooms, damage to registers and drywall, and no way for the customer to tell what was actually done. The sequence is built around those three risks.
Inspection first
We identify duct materials, locate the air handler, count supply registers and returns, and note what can be reached from the registers versus what needs another way in. This determines the method, not the other way round.
Access and containment
Registers come off carefully, surfaces around closet and attic equipment are protected, and the system is isolated so each trunk or branch is worked in a controlled order.
Source removal under negative pressure
Loosened debris is pulled toward collection instead of drifting into the room. Agitation tooling is matched to the duct type, with a Rotobrush on individual runs for deep cleaning.
Returns before supplies
The return side goes first so the blower is not pulling loosened material through the system. While we are there we check the filter slot and return grille for bypass gaps, which is one of the most common reasons a house gets dusty again quickly after a cleaning.
Verification and documentation
You get a vent count, a note on anything that could not be safely reached and why, and photographs.
Where We Stop
When Cleaning Is Not the Answer
Sometimes the crew opens a system and finds a problem cleaning will not solve: a disconnected flex run, torn duct insulation, damaged duct board, standing water at the condensate line, or an unsafe electrical condition near the air handler. Cleaning through any of that is malpractice.
Two things we do not do. If we find active moisture or suspect mold beyond surface dust, we stop, document it, and tell you to bring in a licensed mold assessor. Mold remediation in Texas is its own regulated trade, and duct cleaning is not a substitute for fixing the water source. The same applies to suspected asbestos in older duct insulation or tape: work stops and an asbestos abatement contractor takes over. We also do not sell fogging as a fix; if your goal is fewer allergens, whole-home filtration or a UV install does more than any spray.
For everything within our scope, being one company matters. A cleaning that uncovers a collapsed flex section does not mean starting over with a new contractor. Duct repair and replacement are handled by the same team that did the inspection, and you approve any change in scope first.

FAQs
Common Questions
How much does air duct cleaning cost in Cibolo?
Maintenance cleaning from the return duct starts at $99. Deep cleaning of individual ducts with a Rotobrush machine runs from $45 per duct. Dryer vent cleaning starts at $79. The final figure depends on your vent count, how the air handler is accessed, and the condition of the ducts, which is why we inspect and quote rather than pricing over the phone.
Could duct replacement in my subdivision need city or HOA approval?
It can. Mechanical alterations or repairs may require permits and inspections under the city's permit guidance, so we confirm requirements with the permit division before defining replacement work. Some homeowners' associations also require approval for exterior changes. If the work changes a visible exterior vent, we plan for that approval separately from the city's requirements.
Can you help arrange service at two properties during a military move?
Yes. Tell us both addresses and the handover dates when you book. Our coverage also includes homes in New Braunfels, homes in Converse and homes in Universal City. We confirm access and appointment times for each address separately. Booking is available 24/7, with attendance depending on the schedule and location.
Does a newer subdivision home automatically need deep duct cleaning?
No. We inspect the condition before defining the scope; recent construction alone is not a reason for deep cleaning. Return maintenance and deep cleaning are separate scopes, and dryer vent cleaning is a separate service. Return maintenance includes a mildew inspection and dryer inspection, while deep cleaning uses a Rotobrush machine and includes a full-system inspection. The final scope depends on what the inspection shows.
Can you work outside business hours for a commercial property?
Yes. Commercial and multi-unit work is commonly staged by zone and run outside customer hours, so front-of-house stays usable while back-of-house is handled first. We are available 24/7, and after-hours or staged work is planned in writing before the first visit so you know the sequence and the noise windows.
